The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids\u2019 clubs and some of the region\u2019s most versatile event and conference spaces. <\/p>\n<p><b>AbouttheJob <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the full cycle engineering and development projects across the resort, ensuring each initiative strengthens operational performance, elevates guest experience and protects long \u2011 term asset value. <\/li>\n<li>Drive the resort\u2019s sustainability and energy \u2011 efficiency agenda by optimising utility performance, setting reduction targets and implementing innovative, cost \u2011 efficient engineering solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee multi \u2011 property project governance and financial alignment, managing capex and FF&#038;E priorities in close collaboration with Finance and hotel leadership to ensure disciplined budgeting and timely delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the strategic link between operations, corporate functions and ownership, securing approvals, resolving barriers and ensuring smooth coordination with Jumeirah Design Services, Dubai Holding and Asset Management. <\/li>\n<li>Safeguard excellence in resort infrastructure, technical operations and life \u2011 safety compliance by overseeing critical shared assets including chiller plants, transport, beaches, lagoons, landscaping, pest control and animal welfare. <\/li>\n<li>Represent Engineering at senior leadership forums, delivering insights, progress updates, risk assessments and strategic recommendations that inform enterprise \u2011 level decisions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>AboutYou <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Theidealcandidateforthispositionwillhavethefollowingexperienceandqualifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14+ years of progressive engineering leadership, with at least 8\u201310 years in senior roles leading multi \u2011 asset, multi \u2011 discipline engineering operations in complex environments. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality, large \u2011 scale mixed \u2011 use developments, or resort operations <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management;
