Marc Ellis is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong hands\u2011on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI and advanced Machine Learning to support enterprise\u2011wide AI initiatives within a major banking environment. This role is central to designing scalable intelligent systems and enabling AI\u2011driven decision\u2011making across multiple business functions. <\/p>\n

Detailed Job Description <\/h3>\n

As a Data Scientist specializing in Generative and Agentic AI, you will architect and deploy multi\u2011agent AI systems, develop complex machine learning models and apply advanced statistical methodologies to diverse datasets. You will collaborate closely with data engineering teams to build robust AI pipelines and drive end\u2011to\u2011end model lifecycle management\u2014from training and validation to deployment, monitoring and optimization. The environment is fast\u2011paced and innovation\u2011driven, offering you the opportunity to directly influence AI strategy in a leading financial institution. Your ability to ensure model governance, documentation and explainability will be essential to meeting regulatory and enterprise standards. <\/p>\n

\u2705 Key Responsibilities <\/h3>\n

  • Design, implement and optimise Agentic AI systems using multi\u2011agent techniques <\/li>\n
  • Build, train, validate and deploy ML models across various business domains <\/li>\n
  • Apply Generative AI techniques to structured and unstructured datasets <\/li>\n
  • Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis (EDA) <\/li>\n
  • Develop end\u2011to\u2011end data science workflows and reusable frameworks <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with data engineers to create scalable AI\/ML pipelines <\/li>\n
  • Manage full model lifecycle, including monitoring and performance tuning <\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with model governance, documentation and explainability requirements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications & Skills <\/h3>\n

    • 3\u20136 years of experience in Data Science \/ Applied Analytics \/ Machine Learning <\/li>\n
    • Strong programming expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\u2011learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) <\/li>\n
    • Experience working with SQL and large enterprise datasets <\/li>\n
    • Exposure to Generative AI, LLM\u2011based systems or Agentic AI architectures <\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP <\/li>\n
    • Understanding of MLOps, CI\/CD and model lifecycle management <\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, problem\u2011solving and communication skills <\/li>\n
    • Banking or financial services experience (preferred but not mandatory) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
