Director of PMO (Federal Technology) <\/h3>\n

\u0646\u0628\u062d\u062b \u0639\u0646 Technical Director <\/b> with a “hands-on” strategic approach to lead the end-to-end deployment of massive-scale Federal Technology infrastructure. Unlike a traditional PMO Lead, this role requires a deep understanding of the technical stack, data sovereignty, and system integration <\/b> required for Government-to-Government (G2G) and Government-to-Consumer (G2C) platforms. <\/p>\n

The Profile: The Architect of Delivery <\/b> <\/h3>\n

You are not just tracking timelines; you are solving technical bottlenecks. You understand how an API gateway connects a Federal database to a Ministry front-end, and you can lead a team of engineers and architects through the “last mile” of implementation. <\/p>\n

Key Requirements <\/h3>\n

  • \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0648\u0642\u0639: <\/b> Currently based in the UAE <\/b> (Candidates currently in KSA <\/b> willing to relocate will also be considered). <\/li>\n

    Key Technical Requirements <\/h3>\n

    • Federal Track Record: <\/b> Must have led the technical rollout <\/b> of platforms for Federal entities (e.g., Digital Identity, National Data Hubs, or Unified Government Portals). <\/li>\n
    • Scale: <\/b> Proven delivery of technical solutions valued at AED 30M ($10M USD) <\/b> or higher. <\/li>\n
    • Tech Stack Fluency: <\/b> Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (Oracle\/Azure\/AWS Government Cloud), Microservices, Cybersecurity protocols (DESC\/NCA compliance), and complex API integrations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Core Responsibilities <\/h3>\n

      • Technical Roadmap Execution: <\/b> Translate high-level federal mandates into technical execution plans, overseeing the build, test, and “Go-Live” phases. <\/li>\n
      • System Interoperability: <\/b> Ensure seamless integration between disparate government legacy systems and new federal digital platforms. <\/li>\n
      • Security & Compliance: <\/b> Act as the technical lead for ensuring all implementations meet UAE Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA) <\/b> or KSA NCA <\/b> standards. <\/li>\n
      • Vendor & Engineering Management: <\/b> Manage technical vendors and internal DevOps\/Engineering teams to ensure the code and infrastructure meet government-grade benchmarks. <\/li>\n
      • Implementation Governance: <\/b> Move beyond “status reporting” to perform technical audits, code reviews, and infrastructure stress-test oversight. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
