The role requires expertise in inventory control, procurement coordination, and supply chain management to ensure seamless operations. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize ERP systems effectively for inventory management. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare replenishment requisitions, Call\u2011Off Purchase Orders, and verify buying descriptions. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct techno\u2011commercial evaluations in collaboration with Maintenance, Technical Support, and Procurement teams. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Procurement and end\u2011users to manage outstanding purchase\/service requisitions and repairable item returns. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor stock levels for plant shutdowns and overhauls, ensuring timely replenishment. <\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze inventory quotations for technical and commercial viability. <\/li>\n<li>Address nil stock and unfulfilled demands with appropriate replenishment actions. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory data for optimized procurement processes. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct stock reviews to identify dead, obsolete, and slow\u2011moving items. <\/li>\n<li>Develop purchase agreements to reduce stock holding and improve delivery efficiency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Supervision &#038; Training <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and oversee all activities related to material planning and inventory control. <\/li>\n<li>Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and efficiency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Budgeting &#038; Cost Control <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in budget preparation and ensure cost\u2011effective inventory management. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and report significant variances in budget and performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Policies &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and comply with company policies, procedures, and international standards. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and sustainability guidelines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Performance &#038; Continuous Improvement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and adopt industry best practices for inventory control. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &#038; Communication <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide inputs for MIS and progress reports. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or supply chain management. <\/li>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> Minimum 6 years in inventory control and technical support within a large industrial organization, preferably in Oil &#038;
