Performance Marketing (Primary Focus) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own all paid acquisition channels: <\/li>\n<li>Google Ads <\/li>\n<li>Meta Ads <\/li>\n<li>TikTok Ads <\/li>\n<li>Scale profitable campaigns globally. <\/li>\n<li>Optimize CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV <\/li>\n<li>Control and allocate marketing budgets efficiently <\/li>\n<li>Implement proper tracking (GA4, pixels, postback, attribution) <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with creative team to test aggressive and high-converting creatives <\/li>\n<li>Improve onboarding conversion rates <\/li>\n<li>Optimize activation and retention <\/li>\n<li>Create referral loops &#038; viral mechanics <\/li>\n<li>Design promotions that increase battle participation <\/li>\n<li>Analyze user cohorts &#038; lifetime value <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Brand &#038; Positioning <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthen Tradeiators positioning: <\/li>\n<li>\u201cTrade against traders, not brokers\u201d <\/li>\n<li>Improve website messaging <\/li>\n<li>Maintain brand consistency <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Data &#038; Reporting <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly performance dashboard <\/li>\n<li>Monthly growth plan <\/li>\n<li>Budget allocation transparency <\/li>\n<li>Clear KPI tracking <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No guessing. Only numbers. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years experience in performance marketing <\/li>\n<li>Experience in CFD \/ trading \/ fintech \/ gaming (strong advantage) <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience scaling paid traffic <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of funnels &#038; CRO <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing $100k+ monthly ad budgets preferred <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of Meta &#038; Google Ads <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in fast-moving startup <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(If you only managed agencies before, this is not enough.) <\/p>\n<h3>KPIs (First 6 Months) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lower CPA <\/li>\n<li>Increase FTDs  <\/li>\n<li>Increase battle participation <\/li>\n<li>Grow affiliate base <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation Structure <\/h3>\n<p>2.
