workflows to designing scalable, automated ways of working that support growth. <\/p>\n<p>This role is for someone who <b>doesn\u2019t just document processes <\/b>, but <b>improves and automates them <\/b> end-to-end. <\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll be responsible for: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead <b>end-to-end process improvement <\/b> across data centre operations, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and turning them into streamlined, scalable workflows <\/li>\n<li>Drive <b>business process automation <\/b> using platforms such as <b>Pega <\/b>, reducing manual effort and improving speed, quality, and reliability <\/li>\n<li>Establish and embed <b>BPM frameworks <\/b> to ensure processes are standardised, measurable, and continuously optimised <\/li>\n<li>Re-engineer key operational processes to support <b>scalability, cost efficiency, and operational resilience <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Use <b>process analytics and mining tools  <\/b>to identify inefficiencies and support data-driven decision-making <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with <b>operations, IT, and business stakeholders <\/b> to ensure changes are practical, adopted, and aligned to strategic goals <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all process transformation initiatives meet <b>governance, compliance, and risk standards <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>\u0627\u0644\u062f\u0639\u0645 <b>change management and training <\/b>, ensuring teams adopt new processes and ways of working successfully <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we\u2019re looking for <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 experience in <b>process excellence, automation, or operational optimisation <\/b> within data centre, technology, or infrastructure environments <\/li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with <b>BPA, BPM, and BPR methodologies <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering automation using <b>Pega <\/b> and process modelling \/ mining tools <\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of <b>Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile <\/b> principles <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working across <b>technical and non-technical stakeholders <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset \u2014 able to turn complex operations into clear, efficient workflows <\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to
