This role is critical in delivering mission\u2011critical infrastructure aligned with hyperscale and AI\u2011driven demand. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>Project Delivery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead construction execution from pre\u2011construction through commissioning <\/li>\n<li>Own project timelines, budgets, and quality standards <\/li>\n<li>Drive fast\u2011track delivery strategies (modular, phased builds) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Oversight <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee mission\u2011critical systems: HV\/MV electrical, UPS, generators, cooling systems <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Tier III \/ IV standards and industry best practices (e.g. Uptime Institute) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and key suppliers <\/li>\n<li>Interface with investors, developers, utilities, and authorities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commercial Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Control multi\u2011million\/billion AED budgets <\/li>\n<li>Lead procurement of long\u2011lead equipment (transformers, generators, chillers) <\/li>\n<li>Manage contracts, variations, and claims <\/li>\n<li>Develop and track integrated master schedules <\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate delivery risks (power, supply chain, permitting) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HSE &#038;
