Our clients is undergoing an ambitious, board-sponsored digital transformation to become “AI-first” enterprises. This is not a maintenance role; it is a mandate to build the organization\u2019s “digital nervous system” from the ground up, with significant investment and executive-level backing. <\/p>\n

The Role <\/h3>\n

As the Head of AI Engineering, you will own the long-term AI roadmap for the next decade. You are the bridge between visionary strategy and deep technical execution across retail, supply chain, and digital commerce. <\/p>\n

  • Strategic Leadership: Set and execute the enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases that drive measurable ROI. <\/li>\n
  • Full-Stack Build: Architect and scale the entire AI environment\u2014from GPUs and Lakehouses to MLOps, Vector Databases, and SLMs. <\/li>\n
  • Innovation Engine: Lead cross-functional teams to build prototypes and move breakthrough solutions from concept to enterprise-wide adoption. <\/li>\n
  • Responsible AI: Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI usage and lead enterprise-wide upskilling initiatives. <\/li>\n
  • Operational Excellence: Deploy automation and advanced analytics across finance, customer experience, and physical logistics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Profile Requirements <\/h3>\n

    We are looking for a heavyweight leader with a “builder” mindset and a track record of scaling AI in complex environments. <\/p>\n

    • Experience: Minimum 12+ years in Data, AI, and Machine Learning, with proven success leading enterprise-scale programs. <\/li>\n
    • Deep Tech Stack: End-to-end expertise in AI lifecycle management, GenAI, retrieval systems, and domain-specific LLMs\/SLMs. <\/li>\n
    • Innovation Background: Experience with AI product development, patents, or startup environments is highly valued. <\/li>\n
    • Physical AI: Demonstrated work in Robotics or Physical AI integration is a significant advantage given the retail\/supply chain focus. <\/li>\n
    • Leadership: Ability to partner with C-suite executives to drive cultural and technological transformation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
