This role is responsible for setting-up, enhancing and managing multiple hybrid delivery teams across these initiatives, which is critical to the success of these initiatives across digital channels. <\/p>\n<h3>Job Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define, Drive and Deliver the digital channel roadmap, footprint, technical stack along with channel transformational initiative <\/li>\n<li>Ensure digital channel with best\u2011in\u2011class agile delivery model including DevOps model where required, to keep the business SLA intact with necessary scalable and resilient infrastructure in place <\/li>\n<li>Manage Agile Scrum teams and project teams to implement the build of a best\u2011in\u2011class digital experience <\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage the overall programs and project progress to meet approved project budget and schedule <\/li>\n<li>Drive and validate end\u2011to\u2011end solution design (people, process and technology) to ensure completeness of solution that meets business requirements <\/li>\n<li>Compose regular analysis of backlog, requirements and present the insight to senior leaders before adoption into project initiative <\/li>\n<li>Prepare necessary program(s) and project(s) planning, control and risk documentation according to bank\u2019s project management process <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 15 years of digital channels &#038; digital project\/product experience in financial or other software development industry <\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in strategic planning and execution in a matrix organization <\/li>\n<li>Solid technical and fintech knowledge and ability to resolve technical issues especially on Digital Channels, Open API, Agile Delivery, DevOps adoption etc. <\/li>\n<li>Strong Agile transformation capabilities <\/li>\n<li>Strong agile project management skills including planning, documenting, communication and delivering the end\u2011result on\u2011time, with quality <\/li>\n<li>Strong interest and knowledge of emerging technology trends and applications <\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and negotiating and influencing skill <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership as well as strong collaboration skill <\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen with a good analytical mindset will be essential <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-04-01 08:23:00<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-82637","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
