You will architect and operate production-ready OCR and LLM pipelines capable of processing complex, long-form documents with deterministic and auditable outputs. The position combines deep AI engineering with production\u2011grade backend architecture, focusing on performance, governance, and measurable correctness. Working remotely in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with AI leadership while maintaining end\u2011to\u2011end ownership of mission\u2011critical systems. <\/p>\n<h3>Accountabilities: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Architecting and implementing end\u2011to\u2011end OCR\u2011heavy pipelines for long\u2011form document processing, including PDF ingestion, layout\u2011aware parsing, segmentation, and metadata tracking. <\/li>\n<li>Designing scalable systems capable of handling 200+ page documents with high concurrency, performance consistency, and operational stability. <\/li>\n<li>Integrating and optimizing OCR engines (e.g., Tesseract, PaddleOCR) and layout\u2011aware or vision\u2011language models for structured data extraction. <\/li>\n<li>Building deterministic validation frameworks, including schema enforcement, rule\u2011based checks, invariant validation, and automated exception routing. <\/li>\n<li>Deploying and managing self\u2011hosted LLM infrastructure using tools such as vLLM and Hugging Face\u202fTGI, including GPU\u2011backed inference services. <\/li>\n<li>Optimizing inference workloads through batching strategies, KV cache tuning, context window management, and cost\u2011efficiency improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Implementing robust observability systems with structured logging, tracing, monitoring, and automated recovery mechanisms. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring auditability, traceability, reproducibility, and governance standards for compliance\u2011driven environments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/h3>\n<p>The ideal candidate combines deep AI engineering expertise with strong production systems experience.
