In this pivotal role, you will architect robust software systems that align with business objectives while mentoring cross\u2011functional teams to deliver innovative digital products. Your expertise will shape our technology strategy, ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, and future\u2011proof. Collaborate closely with stakeholders\u2014from product owners to enterprise architects\u2014to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps. You will lead initiatives in Martech, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and emerging technologies like microservices and DevSecOps, while fostering a culture of technical excellence. This role demands a strategic thinker who can anticipate industry trends, optimise system performance, and champion best practices to elevate our digital capabilities. <\/p>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Do <\/h3>\n<h3>Solution Architecture &#038; Roadmap <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define future\u2011state solution architectures in collaboration with product owners, documenting milestones and deliverables in the Solution Roadmap to evolve from current architectures for specific business capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Design and document solutions adhering to Enterprise Architecture standards and industry best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Non\u2011Functional Requirements (NFR) Governance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and manage a Non\u2011Functional Requirement Framework in partnership with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure adherence to Performance, Security, Reliability, Scalability, Observability, and Compliance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee NFR compliance during project execution, mitigating risks and ensuring technical viability of deployments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Leadership &#038; Strategy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Martech architecture strategy and initiatives across multiple Agile Release Trains, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance digital experiences. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research on trends and vendors to expand marketing technology capabilities, including content management, web analytics, search engines, and social media integration. <\/li>\n<li>Develop architectural patterns for product consumption across domains like Application Integration, Data Integration, DevSecOps, and NFRs, governing implementations in line with established standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Enterprise Architecture Practice <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and establish a Solution Architecture Practice within the organization, identifying deviations or technical debt between Architecture Blueprints and high\u2011level designs. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to define the Technology Roadmap and govern the technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Software Architecture Design <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design of complex digital applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices using middleware, microservices, and containerization. <\/li>\n<li>Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions, providing leadership throughout the development lifecycle to enforce architectural principles and quality standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with business and technical stakeholders to analyse existing systems, propose optimisations, and conduct architecture reviews with constructive feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their impact on organisational software solutions and infrastructure. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to design scalable, secure software infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Development &#038; Mentorship <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross\u2011functional teams, fostering a high\u2011performing culture through leadership, strategy, and hands\u2011on support. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a subject matter expert, resolving complex technical issues and participating in project planning to identify risks and challenges. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For <\/h3>\n<h3>Essential <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. <\/li>\n<li>12 years of IT experience, with 8 years specialised in Software Architecture and 4 years in Enterprise Solution\/Technical Architecture. <\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in designing digital application architectures using industry\u2011standard patterns and principles. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in digital experience platforms (e.g., Sitecore) and in\u2011depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps). <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with Cloud Deployments (Azure), including Azure Data Services (Data Bricks, Data Factory, SQL Server), and Modern Integration\/Power App Platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Front\u2011end development experience with ReactJS, React\u2011Native, Flutter, and NextJS. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills to manage complex solutions and business analysis techniques for stakeholder alignment. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts from a customer perspective and influence stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation and negotiation skills to drive collaborative outcomes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Desirable <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of experience in the Entertainment and Leisure industry. <\/li>\n<li>Technical background and experience in software development. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Shape The Future With Us <\/h3>\n<p>At Miral Experiences, we don\u2019t just create world\u2011class destinations &#8211;
