They focus on delivering quality services and maintaining high standards across their portfolio. <\/p>\n<h3>Leasing Strategy &#038; Planning <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and present a comprehensive leasing strategy for each project prior to launch. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market analysis, rental benchmarking, and competitive positioning. <\/li>\n<li>Define target tenant segments and leasing phasing plans. <\/li>\n<li>Establish pricing and incentive frameworks aligned with company objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leasing Execution <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead leasing efforts across office and retail assets. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate lease terms while protecting rental rates and asset value. <\/li>\n<li>Manage anchor tenant negotiations and major corporate deals. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee pre\u2011leasing activities and ensure timely occupancy ramp\u2011up. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Portfolio Performance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve agreed occupancy and rental targets. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain leasing velocity in line with approved timelines. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor vacancy duration and proactively address slow\u2011moving inventory. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure tenant quality and rent collection discipline. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Leadership &#038; Structure <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and lead the leasing team (retail and office). <\/li>\n<li>Define roles, KPIs, and performance management framework. <\/li>\n<li>Implement CRM system and structured reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and performance tracking. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Broker &#038; Market Relationships <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and manage a structured broker network. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and corporate tenants. <\/li>\n<li>Position the company effectively within the Riyadh leasing market. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &#038; Governance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide regular leasing performance reports to management. <\/li>\n<li>Present project\u2011level leasing strategies for approval. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with approved pricing and incentive policies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>A successful Leasing Director should have: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10\u201115 years&#8217;
