The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational expertise to ensure world\u2011class execution and measurable business impact. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Strategic Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with organisational objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Position events as strategic platforms to drive engagement, partnerships, business growth, and brand visibility. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to enhance event formats, audience targeting, and market positioning. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Event Planning &#038; Execution <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the end\u2011to\u2011end planning and delivery of large\u2011scale conferences, summits, exhibitions, and high\u2011profile ceremonies. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee smaller\u2011scale executive events including roundtables, workshops, and networking engagements. <\/li>\n<li>Direct event concept development, thematic design, agenda curation, and speaker acquisition. <\/li>\n<li>Manage venue selection, production design, and overall event experience. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and oversee the RFP process, ensuring clear ownership and accountability within the team. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent brand alignment and world\u2011class execution standards across all events. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Budget &#038; Financial Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage annual event budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts with venues, production agencies, suppliers, and service providers. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining premium delivery standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder &#038; VIP Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, government representatives, sponsors, partners, and industry leaders. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee protocol requirements and high\u2011level guest experiences. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross\u2011functionally with marketing, communications, operations, procurement, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Leadership &#038; Capability Building <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop the events team. <\/li>\n<li>Establish best practices, operational frameworks, and governance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Drive performance management and continuous professional development. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk &#038; Compliance Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with legal, procurement, and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain governance standards and audit readiness. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Performance &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure event effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct post\u2011event evaluations and performance reporting.  <\/li>\n<li>Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting aligned with organisational governance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Use data\u2011driven insights to continuously improve event strategy and operational efficiency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
