Web3 Trading Infrastructure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3343733<\/p>\n<p><p>Location: Dubai on-site) \/ immediate hire <\/p>\n<h3>About the Role <\/h3>\n<p>We are building high-performance decentralized trading infrastructure designed to operate at exchange-grade standards while settling on-chain. <\/p>\n<p>This is not a generic Web3 startup role. <\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a deeply technical CTO who understands trading systems, order books, execution engines, and risk management \u2014 and can architect low-latency, high-throughput systems that operate reliably under extreme market conditions. <\/p>\n<p>You will own the full technical strategy and execution, building institutional-level infrastructure from the ground up. <\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on leadership role. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Do <\/h3>\n<h3>Architecture &#038; Core Systems <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and own the end-to-end system architecture (frontend, backend, data layer, infra, monitoring) <\/li>\n<li>Architect high-throughput, low-latency systems suitable for real-time trading environments <\/li>\n<li>Build and scale order management systems and real-time data pipelines <\/li>\n<li>Design secure on-chain\/off-chain interaction layers (wallet flows, signing, relayers) <\/li>\n<li>Ensure system resilience under high volume and volatility <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trading Infrastructure <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement real-time order book infrastructure and streaming systems <\/li>\n<li>Design position tracking, margin, and liquidation logic <\/li>\n<li>Oversee execution performance and slippage optimization <\/li>\n<li>Build internal risk monitoring and safeguards <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate integration standards for market makers and liquidity providers <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Engineering Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and lead a senior engineering team <\/li>\n<li>Establish production-grade standards for testing, deployment, and monitoring <\/li>\n<li>Define KPIs around latency, uptime, and system integrity <\/li>\n<li>Oversee DevOps, observability, and security practices <\/li>\n<li>Own delivery timelines and technical risk management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Must-Have Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p>Candidates must meet all of the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of professional software engineering experience <\/li>\n<li>3\u20135+ years leading engineering in high-performance systems (exchange, trading platform, DeFi protocol, HFT firm, or similar) <\/li>\n<li>Direct experience building or operating: <\/li>\n<li>Order book systems <\/li>\n<li>High-throughput distributed systems <\/li>\n<li>Strong backend expertise (Go, Rust, Node.js, or similar) <\/li>\n<li>Experience designing systems with complex state and real-time execution flows <\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of Web3 architecture: <\/li>\n<li>Wallet integrations <\/li>\n<li>Signature-based authentication <\/li>\n<li>Smart contract interaction patterns <\/li>\n<li>On-chain\/off-chain coordination <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of reliability engineering, failover, and observability <\/li>\n<li>Ability to review architecture deeply and write production-grade code when necessary <\/li>\n<li>Strong ownership mindset \u2014 accountable for outcomes, not just delivery <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Strongly Preferred <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with derivatives, perpetuals, options, or event-based trading <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of liquidation systems and auto-deleveraging mechanics <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with market microstructure and execution optimization <\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with liquidity providers or market makers <\/li>\n<li>Background in low-latency systems design <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Are Not Looking For <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Purely managerial CTOs <\/li>\n<li>Frontend-only Web3 engineers <\/li>\n<li>Candidates without trading infrastructure exposure <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role requires deep systems thinking and production-grade engineering discipline. <\/p>\n<h3>Why This Role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect institutional-level decentralized trading infrastructure from scratch <\/li>\n<li>Executive-level ownership over technical direction <\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to build and scale a world-class engineering organization <\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside <\/li>\n<li>Work at the intersection of Web3, trading, and high-performance systems <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-04 08:23:31<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1355],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-82759","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1355":"Management &amp;
