HVAC). <\/p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing Engineering team that supports operations through maintenance, capital projects, and asset management \u2013 ensuring facilities, systems, and equipment are safe, efficient, compliant, and built to the highest standards. <\/p>\n<h3>What we are looking for: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVACR, or a related field <\/li>\n<li>PMP and relevant Safety Certifications (essential) <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree (highly desirable) <\/li>\n<li>Chartered Mechanical Engineer with strong, hands-on utilities and HVACR expertise <\/li>\n<li>Around 9+ years\u2019 experience in Mechanical &#038;
