In this position, you will support the end\u2011to\u2011end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on senior\u2011level hiring, Emiratization, internal mobility, and employer branding. You will work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and cross\u2011functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and high\u2011quality talent acquisition outcomes. <\/p>\n<p>In this role, you\u2019ll take on key responsibilities that include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting strategic and senior\u2011level recruitment, including POD roles, aligned with workforce plans <\/li>\n<li>Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and third\u2011party consultants <\/li>\n<li>Partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs on role requirements, candidate selection, and smooth onboarding <\/li>\n<li>Supporting the Director of Talent Acquisition with senior hiring coordination <\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs <\/li>\n<li>Contributing to Emiratization initiatives and broader talent acquisition strategy <\/li>\n<li>Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to support data\u2011driven decisions <\/li>\n<li>Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns <\/li>\n<li>Driving process improvements and enhancing candidate experience <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal policies, and audit requirements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About You <\/h3>\n<p>The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources or a related field <\/li>\n<li>CIPD \/ SHRM certification is an advantage <\/li>\n<li>3\u20135 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Capital <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law <\/li>\n<li>Experience in talent sourcing, senior\u2011level recruitment, and pipeline building <\/li>\n<li>Data analysis and reporting skills <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to the media\/entertainment industry is an added advantage <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing recruitment agencies or outsourced consultants is a plus <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) is a plus <\/li>\n<li>Languages: Arabic (native) and English (proficient) <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About the Benefits <\/h3>\n<p>In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well\u2011being of our team members.
