Strategic Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the organization\u2019s IT and digital strategy aligned with business objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with business leaders to identify technology-driven opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and customer engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the digital transformation roadmap, including automation, analytics, mobility, and e-commerce enablement. <\/li>\n<li>Manage IT budgets, investments, and cost optimization initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the SAP landscape (ECC \/ S\/4HANA), ensuring system stability, optimization, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Drive integration between SAP and other business systems such as CRM, POS, WMS, TMS, and e-commerce platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure best practices in SAP configuration, upgrades, and process alignment across finance, supply chain, procurement, sales, and retail operations. <\/li>\n<li>Lead vendor and implementation partner relationships for SAP and other enterprise solutions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. IT Operations &#038; Infrastructure <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure across corporate offices, retail stores, and distribution centers. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee network management, cybersecurity, cloud environments, and data center operations. <\/li>\n<li>Implement ITIL-based service management processes to improve service delivery and uptime. <\/li>\n<li>Establish enterprise-wide data governance and business intelligence frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Drive advanced analytics, predictive insights, and data visualization to support decision-making. <\/li>\n<li>Support business teams with tools for real-time performance tracking and demand forecasting. <\/li>\n<li>Lead digital initiatives in customer engagement, loyalty programs, omnichannel retail, and supply chain automation. <\/li>\n<li>Explore emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, IoT, and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enable digital commerce and mobile applications. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Governance, Compliance &#038; Security <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure IT compliance with regulatory, data protection, and cybersecurity standards. <\/li>\n<li>Establish strong IT governance policies and risk management frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Manage business continuity and disaster recovery planning. <\/li>\n<li>Build and mentor a high-performing IT team with capabilities in ERP, infrastructure, data analytics, and digital technologies. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR to drive digital literacy and technology adoption across the organization. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
