Business Growth &#038; Revenue Expansion <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in landscape maintenance and related services. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. <\/li>\n<li>Generate leads through market research, networking, site visits, and industry events. <\/li>\n<li>Involve of Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and close deals to increase company turnover. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Client Relationship Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Handle client concerns professionally and coordinate with operations for effective resolution. <\/li>\n<li>Develop long-term partnerships to secure repeat and annual maintenance contracts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Market &#038; Competitive Analysis <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor market trends in landscape maintenance and facility services. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze competitors\u2019 activities and recommend strategies to stay competitive. <\/li>\n<li>Identify emerging opportunities in commercial, residential, and public sectors. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Process &#038; Procedure Improvement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and improve business development processes and reporting systems. <\/li>\n<li>Standardize proposal templates, pricing strategies, and follow-up procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with operations and finance to improve project costing accuracy. <\/li>\n<li>Implement CRM systems and improve lead tracking methods. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.
