The ideal candidate blends hands\u2011on technical depth, product strategy, and delivery leadership to build and evolve digital products used in Architecture, Engineering &#038; Construction (AEC) environments. Experience in AEC is a strong advantage. <\/p>\n<h3>Key responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and quarterly priorities aligned to business goals <\/li>\n<li>Establish product success metrics and ensure outcomes are measurable and transparent <\/li>\n<li>Conduct continuous discovery with end users and stakeholders; translate insights into prioritised work <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Delivery leadership (technical + product) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Convert needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans <\/li>\n<li>Partner with engineering leads to ensure sound architecture, performance, scalability, and security <\/li>\n<li>Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews) and maintain a healthy, outcome\u2011focused backlog <\/li>\n<li>Drive dependency management, delivery governance, and stakeholder communications <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>AI-enabled ways of working <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities to augment workflows using AI (automation, copilots, intelligent search, document\/workflow assistance) <\/li>\n<li>Ensure AI features are introduced responsibly with attention to quality, usability, and adoption <\/li>\n<li>Promote data\u2011informed decision\u2011making and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle <\/li>\n<li>Align cross\u2011functional stakeholders (business, operations, engineering, and change\/adoption) <\/li>\n<li>Provide clear executive\u2011ready updates on delivery status, risks, and decisions <\/li>\n<li>Support rollout planning, training needs, and adoption measurement <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required qualifications &#038;
