If you&#8217;re inspired by purpose and motivated to be part of a global team shaping the future of aviation and travel, we\u2019d love to have you onboard. <\/p>\n<p>As <b>HR Business Partnerships Manager <\/b>, you will provide an efficient, solutions\u2011focused HR service through effective partnership with HR Business Partners and HR management team, as well as the line. You will coach and guide in relation to managing people, positions and work. Identify people\u2011related trends and feed insights into the HRBP team. You will be responsible for the delivery of more comprehensive and specialised HR with SME knowledge across more than one area by maintaining complex case management, escalations and activities related to project work. This role involves frequent business travel and is based full\u2011time in our dnata Travel office in Dubai. <\/p>\n<h3>In This Role, You Will <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee Relations \u2013 Mediate complex issues and personalities. Work closely with the line to enable them to manage investigations and hearings. Manage and resolve highly complex employee relations issues. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Identify and elevate cases considered high risk to the appropriate manager and partner with the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support managers and employees with specific needs or sensitive cases. <\/li>\n<li>HR Partnering \u2013 Provide HR guidance when delivering HR products and align products to the department requirements to support the department to achieve their goals. Provide advice and guidance for managers on employee or organisational related queries, whether approached directly or via HR Shared Services. Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with company requirements and local employment laws. <\/li>\n<li>Project &#038; HR Calendar Delivery \u2013 Act as a point\u2011of\u2011contact and support on key HR projects or events. Support activities in the HR calendar such as implementation of annual pay reviews (merit pot allocation), profit share, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Managing Attendance \u2013 Provide a targeted coaching and advisory service to managers on attendance management. In partnership with the line and HR Shared Services, manage complex cases of long\/short term sickness absence, industrial injury and occupational health referrals in accordance with company policy. <\/li>\n<li>Organisational Changes \u2013 Support the roll out of organisational and HR change initiative \/ projects which have significant people implications. This includes organisational design, job role review and job evaluation. Drive and communicate strategic and operational change in the business. <\/li>\n<li>Performance Culture \u2013 Help drive organisational performance through performance management by working with line managers with goal setting, development planning, individual reviews, and in the provision of relevant information in relation to trends and areas of focus or improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Culture and Engagement \u2013 Provide relevant insights regarding engagement and departmental culture, based on interaction with employees through formal and informal channels, and become involved in projects that are focused on the improvement of departmental culture and\/or engagement levels. <\/li>\n<li>Improvement Focus \u2013 Identify HR processes and propose improvements with a focus on customer experience, simplification and efficiency. Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees and managers to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and process. Lead change projects within the team or support larger\/more complex projects through collaboration with colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>Source, select and develop \u2013 Involvement in both local and overseas recruitment campaigns, applying sound selection practices and methodologies to attract and appoint top talent into the business, coaching managers throughout the process. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs and provide input to HRBP to the development of the strategy (specific to international). <\/li>\n<li>Quality delivery focus \u2013 Ensure strong relationships and networks are built across the HR teams to ensure a seamless, quality\u2011led service to the business. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related subject (HR, Business, Humanities). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in an advisory capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Technologically savvy, customer\u2011orientated, and solutions\u2011focused. <\/li>\n<li>Able to coach, mentor, build positive relationships and collaborate effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Able to remain impartial, use diplomacy and resolve conflict whilst maintaining effective relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical, able to identify trends and offer solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Able to travel to various locations across Dubai and internationally. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>You\u2019ll Have An Edge If You Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sound experience in delivering global &#038; strategic HR initiatives in complex industries such as Aviation, Airport operations, Travel management, Catering or other. <\/li>\n<li>Professional accreditation (CIPD, AHRI or equivalent). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At dnata part of Emirates Group we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities to grow and develop in their careers.
