The ideal candidate will provide expert, timely, and compassionate emergency care to infants, children, and adolescents, while contributing to departmental leadership, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li> <b>Clinical Expertise <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive emergency assessment and management for pediatric patients presenting with:\n<ul>\n<li>Acute medical, surgical, and trauma conditions <\/li>\n<li>Respiratory distress, seizures, dehydration, infections, and allergic reactions <\/li>\n<li>Pediatric emergencies requiring resuscitation and stabilization <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Lead pediatric resuscitation efforts including advanced airway management, vascular access, and life\u2011saving interventions. <\/li>\n<li>Perform emergency procedures such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Lumbar puncture <\/li>\n<li>Fracture reduction and splinting <\/li>\n<li>Wound repair <\/li>\n<li>Procedural sedation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate care with pediatric subspecialists, surgeons, intensivists, and other emergency physicians. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure safe and efficient patient flow within the Pediatric Emergency Department. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Leadership &#038; Departmental Development <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the strategic development of pediatric emergency services. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and update clinical pathways, guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in morbidity and mortality reviews, audits, and clinical governance activities. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Family &#038; Patient Engagement <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow\u2011up instructions clearly and compassionately to families. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a child\u2011friendly, culturally sensitive environment. <\/li>\n<li>Support families during high\u2011stress situations and critical decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Academic &#038; Research Contributions <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in teaching activities for medical students, residents, and fellows. <\/li>\n<li>Engage in clinical research, case presentations, and CME programs. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the department in conferences and community health initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Qualifications &#038; Requirements <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Degree (MD\/MBBS) from a recognized institution. <\/li>\n<li>Board Certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics with PEM fellowship, or Emergency Medicine with pediatric specialization (e.g., American Board, Royal College, Arab Board, or equivalent). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8\u201310 years of post\u2011specialization experience, including consultant\u2011level practice. <\/li>\n<li>Eligibility for Department of Health \u2013 Abu Dhabi (DOH\/HAAD) Consultant licensure. <\/li>\n<li>Strong clinical expertise in pediatric resuscitation, trauma, and acute care. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English;
