Here, your performance is valued, your growth is prioritized, and your contributions make a meaningful impact every day. <\/p>\n<p>The Vice President Revenue Cycle Outsourcing is responsible for owning and executing full revenue cycle outsourcing engagements for hospital clients. This includes end-to-end accountability for client onboarding, staff transitions, SLA and KPI delivery, and long-term operational and financial success. This role is highly client-facing and is central to RSi\u2019s enterprise growth strategy. <\/p>\n<p><b>What You&#8217;ll Do: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as executive lead for full outsource clients, managing the transition of entire hospital back-end RCM operations to RSi. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee discovery, due diligence, and workstream planning for client go-lives, including staffing, data integration, compliance, and systems alignment. <\/li>\n<li>Design and execute 90\/180\/365-day transition plans, including legacy staff absorption or replacement, system access, and work distribution. <\/li>\n<li>Own performance against client SLAs, margin targets, and satisfaction metrics, and lead QBRs and executive status meetings. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal operational, IT, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure seamless service delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Develop scalable playbooks and standard operating procedures for future outsource engagements. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate the outsourcing strategy for opportunities to improve quality, reduce cost, and expand client value. <\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of revenue cycle KPIs across client engagements, including Days in AR, DNFB (Discharged Not Final Billed), Clean Claim Rate, First Pass Resolution Rate, and Bad Debt Write-Offs; ensure trending toward client targets within 180 days of go-live. <\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We&#8217;re Looking For: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle leadership, including direct experience with full outsource\/enterprise RCM models. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead complex transitions of hospital RCM functions to a third-party vendor. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of hospital billing, collections, payment posting, denials, and payer contracting. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing both internal and legacy client staff through change and performance transformation. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate and influence effectively at the C-suite level. <\/li>\n<li>Track record of meeting operational SLAs and driving financial performance in client-facing roles. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Why You&#8217;ll Love RSi: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay with ample opportunities for professional growth. <\/li>\n<li>Fully remote position with a stable Monday\u2013Friday schedule. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, performance-driven environment with expert leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Mission-driven work supporting essential healthcare services. <\/li>\n<li>Recognition as a nationally respected leader in healthcare revenue management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Physical Requirements: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 15 pounds. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What to Expect When You Apply: <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Our hiring process is designed to find exceptional candidates.
