We support clients in reimagining how they operate, serve, and grow\u2014by harnessing the power of digital products, emerging tech, cloud, data, and cyber resilience. <\/p>\n<p>Whether shaping enterprise-wide transformation or enabling targeted innovation, we work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and trust\u2014delivering scalable solutions that empower clients to move faster, think smarter, and lead with confidence. <\/p>\n<h3>How You\u2019ll Contribute <\/h3>\n<p>As a Senior Manager, you\u2019ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. <\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities include but are not limited to: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating the digital and technology vision and conceptual architectures for the clients. <\/li>\n<li>Carry out benchmarking analysis of the present business and technology ecosystem of Utilities with market leading Utilities. <\/li>\n<li>Understand the present business and technology state of Utilities across the value chain and carry out analysis based on voice of business \/ employee to identify the gaps and recommend envisioned future state. <\/li>\n<li>Engaging senior stakeholders and leading sessions to solicit requirements for understanding and designing technical solutions, identifying integration touchpoints, data flow diagrams, designing application data models etc. <\/li>\n<li>Understand digital transformation strategy &#038; roadmap for clients with business knowledge in the Utilities sector. <\/li>\n<li>Carry out business process study, understanding business problems, root cause analysis, process consultation and improvement possibility identification. <\/li>\n<li>Technology consulting, identifying automation possibilities, suggesting potential solutions for business needs or problems. <\/li>\n<li>Work on architecture due diligence, cloud implementation, legacy architecture modernization. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technology solutions for business-critical applications and creating proposals for projects, cloud computing, information management, automations, application development &#038; maintenance. <\/li>\n<li>Carry out cost analysis and prioritisation of different initiatives for the Utilities and prepare roadmap to achieve the same. <\/li>\n<li>Well versed with identifying the total cost of ownership of any digital solutions for the client. <\/li>\n<li>Client management &#038; onsite coordinator for complex digital transformation projects. <\/li>\n<li>Technology due diligence to analyse current technologies used by the clients and determine ways to improve. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and evaluate key project requirement specific documents such as &#8211; business requirement document, functional requirement document &#038; system requirement specifications. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Bring <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT \/ Business \/ Engineering and equivalent. <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in IT \/ Business \/ Engineering and equivalent (Preferred). <\/li>\n<li>10+ years of global experience in the IT and digital transformation domain with over 6-8 years in Utilities Technology. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Utilities ecosystem of different user personas and journeys. <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience of working and good understanding of Key Utilities technology solutions and their modules such as \u2013 Billing Systems, GIS, Asset Management System (EAM), ERP, Field Workforce Management, CRM, IT\/OT Integration, etc.. <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience of working and good understanding of Smart Metering and Smart Grids. <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience of working across the Utilities value chain for both Water &#038; Electricity: Production\/Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Retail. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of emerging technologies and their use cases in the Utilities ecosystem such as &#8211; Artificial Intelligence, RPA, IOT and others. <\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of different architecture and patterns to design &#038;
