Together, we deliver impactful outcomes for brands, businesses, and people globally through creativity, innovation, and integration. <\/p>\n<h3>What will be your responsibilities? <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide senior-level strategic counsel to clients and internal teams, elevating thinking and fostering a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and integrated communications excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the development of integrated Social, PR, and Influencer strategies that align with business objectives, brand positioning, media narratives, and audience insights. <\/li>\n<li>Drive the creation and execution of breakthrough social, PR, and influencer-led campaigns and activations that strengthen brand relevance, cultural resonance, and earned media impact. <\/li>\n<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand stories and enhance credibility across earned and owned platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and oversee influencer identification, engagement, contracting, and performance management to ensure authentic partnerships that drive measurable impact. <\/li>\n<li>Shape compelling brand narratives and storytelling frameworks that translate seamlessly across social media, press coverage, thought leadership, and influencer collaborations. <\/li>\n<li>Build and grow engaged brand communities through purposeful content, platform-specific strategies, media engagement, and meaningful audience interactions channels, contributing to the broader marketing and sales funnel. <\/li>\n<li>Lead product launches, brand announcements, and reputation management initiatives in collaboration with PR and social teams to ensure cohesive market impact. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all content, press materials, influencer collaborations, and creative assets uphold brand standards while delivering compelling and consistent storytelling. <\/li>\n<li>Guide the production of high-quality, shareable, and newsworthy content that reflects audience interests, media relevance, and platform behaviours. <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with creative, media, and client leadership teams to ensure integrated campaign alignment and strategic coherence. <\/li>\n<li>Use data, media monitoring, and analytics to evaluate campaign performance across social, influencer, and PR initiatives, generating insights for continuous optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform shifts, media landscapes, and influencer ecosystems to maintain a competitive edge and inform strategic direction. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Arabic and strong communication skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. <\/li>\n<li>8+ years of social media experience, including team leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Deep platform knowledge (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). <\/li>\n<li>Experience with social management tools. <\/li>\n<li>Strong writing, storytelling, and organizational skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-07 12:50:30<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1350],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-83250","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-marketing-media","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1350":"Marketing &amp;
