Bank Guarantees (BGs) <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle routine activities related to issuance, renewal, amendment and closure of BGs. <\/li>\n<li>Keep track of BG validity, limits and required documents. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with banks and internal teams for day\u2011to\u2011day BG requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper records and simple MIS. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2. Currency &#038; Commodity Hedging (Support Role) <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in maintaining exposure details and hedge documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Help track hedge positions and basic market movement updates. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with banks\/brokers for routine hedging\u2011related tasks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3. Investments \u2013 Fixed Deposits &#038; Mutual Funds <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support placement, renewal and redemption of FDs and MFs. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated registers and simple tracking files. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure documentation and timely filings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>4. Documentation &#038; Compliance <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure proper filing and maintenance of documents related to BGs, hedges, investments and banking arrangements. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in providing data for audits and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Follow internal policies and basic RBI compliance guidelines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>5. Treasury Accounting <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with accounting entries for treasury transactions. <\/li>\n<li>Help with reconciliations, bank charges, interest income tracking and valuations. <\/li>\n<li>Work on ERP systems (SAP\/HANA preferred). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>6. Banking Coordination <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a point of contact for routine communication with banks. <\/li>\n<li>Follow up on rates, queries and required documents. <\/li>\n<li>Support basic documentation for credit facilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>7. Reporting &#038; MIS <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare basic MIS reports for cash flows, exposures, investments and overall treasury status. <\/li>\n<li>Share timely updates with the team and management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>8.
