Strategic Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and drive end\u2011to\u2011end commercial performance across multiple business units <\/li>\n<li>Translate group strategy into clear execution plans, KPIs, and growth roadmaps <\/li>\n<li>Act as a key thought partner to the Group CEO on performance, risk, and strategic priorities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>P&#038;L &#038; Performance Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Full accountability for commercial P&#038;L delivery <\/li>\n<li>Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, pricing strategy, and working capital efficiency <\/li>\n<li>Establish rigorous performance governance, dashboards, and operating cadence <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Multi-Business &#038; Multi-Market Oversight <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead commercial and operational oversight across diverse retail formats and geographies <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency in commercial frameworks while allowing market agility <\/li>\n<li>Support expansion, turnaround, and optimization initiatives where required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Transformation &#038; Scale <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead large-scale commercial and operational transformation programs <\/li>\n<li>Strengthen category management, private label, pricing, and promotional effectiveness <\/li>\n<li>Improve processes, systems, and cross\u2011functional collaboration across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Culture <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop senior commercial and operational leaders <\/li>\n<li>Build a culture of accountability, speed, and ownership <\/li>\n<li>Serve as a visible, credible executive leader with strong stakeholder presence <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven senior leadership experience as CCO, COO, EVP, MD, or equivalent <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success managing large, multi-category retail or consumer platforms with full P&#038;L accountability <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in private label development, category management, and margin expansion is essential <\/li>\n<li>Experience within pharmacy retail, health &#038;
