Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions. <\/p>\n<p>Our Head of Precast Operations will lead our concrete\/precast team in producing precast segments to line our tunnels! <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead team of concrete production workers to produce precast segments that meet appropriate quality requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Manage team shifts and organize daily activity of crews to meet production requirements and timeline. <\/li>\n<li>Accurately set up, verify, and pour structural concrete products. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for batching concrete or scheduling readymix concrete as appropriate for production. <\/li>\n<li>Schedule and plan deliveries of aggregates and admixtures. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise QC technician and support QC efforts as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and organize truck load out. <\/li>\n<li>Provide consistent guidance and training for team members, including daily safety meetings. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain tools and machinery and inform management when repairs are necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory required for concrete production and inform purchasing team when repairs are necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Train new employees on procedures and equipment as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate production progress to upper management. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate an environment where all employees are groomed for success and professional growth. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate to management needs relating to schedule, manpower and equipment. <\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in department goals and special projects. <\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations for process and product improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Elevate and troubleshoot non-standard issues <\/li>\n<li>Adhere to appropriate testing standards and maintain a safe working environment to ensure ACI, PCI, city-specific and OSHA compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to read drawings\/blueprints, measuring tapes and other measuring tools as needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Basic Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED <\/li>\n<li>3 years of quality testing experience in a production\/manufacturing environment <\/li>\n<li>Current ACI Field Testing Technician &#8211; Grade 1 Certification <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Skills &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>PCI Level 1 certification <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic mathematics <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of machines and tools <\/li>\n<li>Practiced in root cause analysis <\/li>\n<li>Complex problem solving <\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills <\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment <\/li>\n<li>Ability to self-motivate <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work and learn independently <\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and planning skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under aggressive deadlines. <\/li>\n<li>Able to complete a task with minimal direction or oversight. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. unassisted <\/li>\n<li>Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel for short and extended trips as needed.  <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in heavy construction areas. <\/li>\n<li>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Culture <\/h3>\n<p>We&#8217;re a team of dedicated, smart, and scrappy people.
