As General Manager, you will run the Dubai Centre from start to finish \u2013 customer experience, team performance, P&#038;L delivery, facility standards, local stakeholder relationships, and F&#038;B partner oversight. You are the single point of accountability for everything that happens inside this building. <\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is genuinely hands-on, commercially sharp, and deeply invested in the detail. Not a figurehead who manages from a distance, but a leader who knows their members, their team, their numbers, and their building \u2013 and takes real pride in all four. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial &#038; Financial Leadership: Assume full P&#038;L ownership, specifically driving EBITDA delivery, occupancy, and revenue per member. <\/li>\n<li>Operate with a data-informed mindset, interpreting financial KPIs to make clear-eyed decisions grounded in evidence. <\/li>\n<li>Execute a disciplined building business plan that optimizes asset utilization and identifies new revenue opportunities across all service lines. <\/li>\n<li>Operational &#038; Hospitality Excellence: Embed service rituals and quality standards that make exceptional experiences the norm across workspace, F&#038;B, and wellbeing. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee comprehensive service delivery, including F&#038;B partner oversight, ensuring quality and contractual obligations are consistently met. <\/li>\n<li>Recruit and onboard the right people to build a high-performing team rooted in accountability and warmth. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor NPS and satisfaction data closely, using insights to continuously raise the bar for service quality. <\/li>\n<li>Stakeholders and Market Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, and local government bodies in Dubai. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the KOFISI brand in the market with cultural intelligence and credibility, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients. <\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor relationships and lead critical project work streams, including tenant fit-outs and building upgrades, on time and within budget. <\/li>\n<li>Asset Value &#038; Risk Governance: Protect long-term asset value through rigorous risk management and compliance with local UAE regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Embed sustainability practices into day-to-day operations to meet energy reduction and community impact goals. <\/li>\n<li>Uphold the brand promise by maintaining the physical environment and operational rhythm to KOFISI\u2019s elevated standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<p><b>Qualifications <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record of leading and operating a premium hospitality, workspace, or mixed-use property at GM level or equivalent. <\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial background with hands-on P&#038;L ownership experience. <\/li>\n<li>Experience operating in the UAE or a similarly competitive, service-driven market is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with F&#038;B operations and the ability to oversee F&#038;B partnerships as part of a broader center model. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Personal Qualities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A genuinely hands-on leader \u2013 present, engaged, and in the detail.
