beverage portfolio, with a strong focus on partnerships, brand acquisition, leasing strategy and restaurant concept expansion. <\/p>\n<p>This is not a traditional hotel F&#038;B operations role \u2014 it is a commercial growth and brand curation position. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>F&#038;B Strategy &#038; Growth <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a portfolio strategy across owned, leased and JV models <\/li>\n<li>Identify and secure international restaurant brands <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate franchise and partnership agreements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leasing &#038; Commercial Negotiation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Structure revenue\u2011share, fixed rent or hybrid agreements <\/li>\n<li>Lead lease negotiations within mixed\u2011use environments <\/li>\n<li>Conduct feasibility and concept positioning analysis <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Brand &#038; Market Positioning <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Curate F&#038;B mix aligned with destination positioning <\/li>\n<li>Oversee concept development and launch strategy <\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance benchmarks and portfolio optimisation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Financial &#038;
