Native English Speaker. <\/p>\n<h3>Position Overview <\/h3>\n<p>The Head of School is the academic and administrative leader responsible for implementing the school&#8217;s vision and mission, managing faculty and staff, ensuring IB program fidelity and upholding academic excellence and student well-being. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of the school&#8217;s strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a strong IB ethos aligned with the school&#8217;s mission and vision. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee curriculum planning and delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Drive innovation in teaching and learning methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team of educators and administrators. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct teacher evaluations and provide professional development aligned with IB pedagogy. <\/li>\n<li>Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for students. <\/li>\n<li>Support holistic development in line with IB learner profile attributes. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the school in public forums and build relationships with the community. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the school budget in coordination with the finance team. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee infrastructure admissions events and safety protocols. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Education or related field. <\/li>\n<li>IB leadership training. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 20 years of experience in education with at least 10 years experience in IB. <\/li>\n<li>5 years experience in IB school as Principal. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with IB authorization and evaluation processes. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead in multicultural and international contexts. <\/li>\n<li>IB workshop leader, examiner or school consultant experience. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling all three IB programs (PYP, MYP, DP) and IGCSE. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with international school accreditation standards (e.g. CIS, NEASC). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation <\/h3>\n<p>Competitive salary and benefits aligned with international school standards.
