You will work directly with stakeholders to understand needs, design solutions, and <b>personally drive implementation <\/b>, including ERP systems and core business platforms. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the <b>primary interface between business units and IT <\/b>, translating commercial needs into practical technology solutions <\/li>\n<li><b>Own end-to-end delivery <\/b> of IT initiatives \u2014 from requirements through to implementation and adoption <\/li>\n<li>Lead and <b>personally execute ERP system implementation <\/b> (selection, configuration, rollout, optimisation) <\/li>\n<li>Build solutions <b>without reliance on external vendors <\/b>, leveraging internal capability and hands\u2011on expertise <\/li>\n<li>Identify process inefficiencies and implement <b>scalable, automated solutions <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Ensure systems support business growth, operational efficiency, and data\u2011driven decision making <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with leadership to prioritise initiatives based on <b>commercial impact and ROI <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Drive user adoption, training, and continuous improvement post\u2011implementation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an <b>IT Business Partner, IT Manager, or similar role <\/b> in a fast\u2011paced environment <\/li>\n<li>Strong track record of <b>delivering projects end\u2011to\u2011end <\/b>, not just managing them <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience implementing <b>ERP systems <\/b> (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or similar) <\/li>\n<li>Ability to <b>configure, deploy, and optimise systems independently <\/b> (minimal reliance on vendors)  <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <b>business processes <\/b> across finance, operations, and commercial functions <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a <b>lean environment <\/b> \u2014 resourceful, pragmatic, and execution\u2011focused <\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and influence senior leadership <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in <b>high\u2011growth or transformation environments <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Background in <b>process re\u2011engineering \/ digital transformation <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Technical capability across integrations, data flows, and system architecture <\/li>\n<li>Someone who is <b>low\u2011ego, high ownership <\/b>, and thrives on delivery <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Success Looks Like <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>ERP system successfully implemented and embedded into the business <\/li>\n<li>Reduced dependency on third\u2011party vendors <\/li>\n<li>Faster, more efficient business processes <\/li>\n<li>Technology actively driving commercial performance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-04-11 07:12:41<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-83558","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
