opportunities for MAIR <\/li>\n<li>Lead achievement of Product goals <\/li>\n<li>Motivate educate and develop Branch Order Management teams Sales &#038; Account Management teams to create and close more order management opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Work with MAIR teams to assess branches create custom development plans and provide direct support in their implementation including:\n<ul>\n<li>Target account development <\/li>\n<li>Transition of key catalyst accounts <\/li>\n<li>Network development of key Service Providers (i.e. CFS stations data providers etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Focus on driving the effort to create standardized operational models and tools <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Support Product Manager training <\/li>\n<li>Ensure tactical business plan success <\/li>\n<li>Ensure Strategy and differentiations are understood at all levels within Geography through creation and delivery of collateral\/training <\/li>\n<li>Drive collaboration and consistency <\/li>\n<li>Review performance data and identify areas for improvement <\/li>\n<li>Share best practices <\/li>\n<li>Continually seek improvement in procedures and services <\/li>\n<li>Dedicated to the success of Expeditors using ethical business practices personal commitment and a focus on the fundamental details involved <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Three (3) plus years in Regional or sub regionalproduct or similar roles <\/li>\n<li>Three (3) plus years of management position at district (DM\/BM) <\/li>\n<li>Three (3) years of industryspecific qualification <\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership aptitude and background <\/li>\n<li>Strong market and product knowledge <\/li>\n<li>Effective interpersonal skills including proven abilities to listen comprehend and communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results <\/li>\n<li>Proven sales and negotiation skills <\/li>\n<li>Certification in Management and\/or Leadership Program preferred <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint and OneNote <\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography including frequent multiweek stays to directly support business growth
