We are seeking an experienced <b>IT Portfolio Lead \u2013 Cloud ERP <\/b> to play a critical role in strengthening portfolio governance, driving delivery excellence, and enabling data\u2011driven investment decisions across our enterprise technology landscape. <\/p>\n<p><b>This is a 36-month fixed-term contract based in Dubai, with 5 days per week in the office. <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>As <b>IT Portfolio Lead \u2013 Cloud ERP <\/b>, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Portfolio and Programme Management Office (PMO) practices that ensure the successful, timely, and cost\u2011effective delivery of complex Cloud ERP initiatives. You will also play a key role in supporting the organisation\u2019s transition to new ways of working by evolving governance frameworks, processes, and reporting to support an increasingly dynamic and integrated portfolio. <\/p>\n<p>As an IT Portfolio Lead, you will: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement consistent PMO best practices across Cloud ERP portfolios and programmes to ensure the successful and timely delivery of initiatives within approved cost, scope, and funding constraints. <\/li>\n<li>Implement and uphold portfolio funding and investment governance, monitoring performance and providing data\u2011driven insights to senior stakeholders to support informed prioritisation and investment decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Design and deliver portfolio, programme, and project\u2011level reporting for senior management, supported by effective tools enablement, coaching, mentoring, and quality assurance. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the evolution of PMO processes, frameworks, and governance models to support new ways of working and an increasingly dynamic Cloud ERP portfolio environment. <\/li>\n<li>Drive the transition from traditional PMO practices to an Agile PMO, supporting objective milestones, Lean\u2011Agile budgeting, and outcome\u2011focused delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisory and communication partner on portfolio strategy, enabling strong collaboration between the PMO, Product Portfolio Managers, and Business Partners. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement a consistent PMO methodology for managing schedules, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics in line with governance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Measure and manage overall programme and portfolio performance, ensuring accurate tracking of delivery, cost, risk, issues, dependencies, and benefits. <\/li>\n<li>Play a key role in annual budget preparation, capacity planning, expenditure tracking, and cost recovery across the Cloud ERP portfolio. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u0644\u0645\u064a <\/h3>\n<p>To be considered for the role you must meet the below requirements <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with extensive experience in portfolio, programme, or enterprise\u2011scale delivery management within a large, complex organisation. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years proven experience designing and operating PMO or Portfolio Management frameworks, including funding governance, performance reporting, and executive\u2011level decision support. <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience driving organisational change, including the transition from traditional PMO models to Agile or Lean\u2011Agile portfolio governance. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, executives, and cross\u2011functional teams in a matrix and global environment. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical capability with a proven track record of delivering data\u2011driven insights to support investment, prioritisation, and capacity decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with portfolio, programme, and project management tools and enterprise reporting platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications in portfolio, programme, project, or agile delivery management are desirable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Leadership role: <\/b> No <\/p>\n<h3>Salary &#038; Benefits <\/h3>\n<p>Join us in Dubai and enjoy an attractive tax\u2011free salary and travel benefits that are exclusive to our industry, including discounts on flights and hotels stays around the world.
