Process Assessment <\/li>\n<li>Lead workshops with Corporate and Investment Banking stakeholders to capture\n<ul>\n<li>Relationship management needs <\/li>\n<li>Client onboarding journey <\/li>\n<li>Credit lifecycle touchpoints <\/li>\n<li>Deal and pipeline tracking, servicing, complaints, and SLA <\/li>\n<li>Client communications and interaction history <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Document current\u2011state pain points and target\u2011state expectations <\/li>\n<li>Functional Scope Definition\n<ul>\n<li>Build a functional requirements catalogue that is platform\u2011neutral, prioritized (Must \/ Should \/ Could), and written in measurable, testable language <\/li>\n<li>Define user personas, roles, and service volumes <\/li>\n<li>Clearly document scope boundaries and assumptions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Customer &#038; Service Journey Design\n<ul>\n<li>Define end\u2011to\u2011end journeys and key business flows <\/li>\n<li>Capture SLA and escalation requirements <\/li>\n<li>Define operational KPIs and reporting expectations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>RFP Authoring &#038; Vendor Evaluation Support\n<ul>\n<li>Draft the functional sections of the RFP <\/li>\n<li>Define demo scenarios that vendors must follow <\/li>\n<li>Support evaluation of vendor responses from a business capability perspective <\/li>\n<li>Identify functional gaps, risks, and process impacts <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Change &#038; Adoption Considerations\n<ul>\n<li>Identify organizational and process change implications <\/li>\n<li>Outline training and adoption needs <\/li>\n<li>Highlight dependencies on policy, governance, or operating model <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Reporting &#038;
