This role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into executable plans, delivery is governed tightly, and outcomes are achieved on time and at the required quality. <\/p>\n<p>The Director \u2013 Program Management combines strong program leadership, delivery execution, and consulting\u2011grade stakeholder management. The role is accountable for orchestrating delivery across business, product, engineering, architecture, and governance teams, while ensuring client\u2011facing delivery quality, pace, and decision clarity across the program. <\/p>\n<h3>The opportunity <\/h3>\n<p>The Director \u2013 Program Management will play a central role in ensuring that large\u2011scale AI and technology initiatives are delivered in a structured, predictable, and outcome\u2011focused manner. The role exists to provide delivery leadership across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and maintain execution momentum in a fast\u2011moving environment. <\/p>\n<p>This role also requires strong client delivery and consulting discipline. The Director \u2013 Program Management is expected to lead delivery teams in a way that combines execution control with structured problem\u2011solving, clear communication, and confidence in front of senior stakeholders. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end\u2011to\u2011end execution of complex AI and technology programs across multiple workstreams <\/li>\n<li>Translate strategic priorities into structured delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and execution cadences <\/li>\n<li>Own program governance, progress tracking, and delivery reporting across leadership and working teams <\/li>\n<li>Ensure delivery remains outcome\u2011focused, with clear accountability for milestones, risks, and decisions <\/li>\n<li>Lead delivery teams with a client\u2011service mindset, ensuring quality of outputs, responsiveness, and stakeholder confidence <\/li>\n<li>Apply consulting\u2011grade problem structuring to convert ambiguous objectives into actionable workplans and decision points <\/li>\n<li>Ensure workstreams produce clear, decision\u2011ready outputs for leadership reviews, steering forums, and executive discussions <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate across product, engineering, architecture, security, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure integrated delivery <\/li>\n<li>Identify delivery bottlenecks early and drive resolution through structured escalation and decision support <\/li>\n<li>Ensure handoffs between strategy, build, deployment, and adoption teams are clear and timely <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary delivery lead for senior stakeholder alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, and risks <\/li>\n<li>Establish and run governance mechanisms for planning, risk management, issue resolution, and release readiness <\/li>\n<li>Support decision\u2011making with structured analysis, scenario planning, and impact assessments <\/li>\n<li>Create a high\u2011accountability operating rhythm across daily, weekly, and executive\u2011level forums across client and internal leadership teams <\/li>\n<li>Coach team members on planning quality, stakeholder management, problem structuring, and execution discipline <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications \u2013 Skills and attributes for success <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 12\u202fto\u202f15\u202fyears of experience in technology consulting (AI solutions), program delivery, transformation execution, or large\u2011scale technology initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership experience managing complex cross\u2011functional programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead delivery teams in high\u2011accountability environments with strong expectations on output quality and pace <\/li>\n<li>Experience in client delivery, technology consulting, or AI\/digital transformation delivery environments <\/li>\n<li>Strong program governance capability, including planning, risk management, escalation management, and executive reporting <\/li>\n<li>Experience working closely with engineering and product teams on technology or AI\u2011enabled programs <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem\u2011structuring and decision\u2011support skills, with the ability to convert ambiguity into actionable plans <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior executives <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications \u2013 To qualify for the role you must have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience leading consulting and AI solutions delivery organizations with end\u2011to\u2011end accountability for execution outcomes <\/li>\n<li>Track record of managing cross\u2011functional delivery across business, product, and engineering teams <\/li>\n<li>Experience leading client\u2011facing delivery or consulting\u2011style delivery teams with clear standards for output quality and stakeholder management <\/li>\n<li>Experience establishing delivery governance and operating cadences for high\u2011priority initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and risks in a structured and disciplined manner <\/li>\n<li>Strong executive communication skills with experience preparing and leading senior management reviews <\/li>\n<li>Experience in technology, digital transformation, platform, or AI\u2011related programs <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in environments with formal approvals, governance requirements, and multiple decision\u2011makers <\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation and reporting discipline with a focus on decision clarity and execution follow\u2011through <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we look for <\/h3>\n<p>We look for leaders who combine structure, pace, judgment, and strong client delivery instincts.
