If you answered yes, then we have some amazing opportunities for you! <\/p>\n<h3>Job Summary <\/h3>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Senior <\/b> <b>Accounting Operations and Consolidation Manager <\/b> with a strong background in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls for publicly listed companies regulated by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). The ideal candidate will have hands\u2011on expertise in IAS 33 and IFRS 8 disclosures, preparation of Annual Reports &#038; Accounts (ARA), and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR). This role requires a detail\u2011oriented professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex reporting requirements in a fast\u2011paced environment. compliance with <b>IFRS <\/b> and <b>SCA regulations <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate and timely submission of all <b>SCA regulatory filings, disclosures, and other financial reports <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the preparation of disclosures under <b>IAS 33 and IFRS 8 <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the preparation of <b>Annual Reports &#038; Accounts (ARA) <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of <b>Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Manage <b>monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and consultants on financial audits and compliance reviews. <\/li>\n<li>Support the <b>CFO <\/b> in analyzing financial performance, trends, and variances. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor regulatory developments from the <b>SCA <\/b> and implement necessary changes to policies or procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial systems, reconciliations, and accounting processes. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to corporate governance, risk management, and audit committee reporting. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (<b>Master\u2019s preferred <\/b>). <\/li>\n<li>Qualified accountant (<b>CA, CPA, ACCA <\/b>) or equivalent certification. <\/li>\n<li><b>8\u201310 years of experience <\/b> in financial control or reporting, with at least <b>3 years in a publicly listed company in the UAE <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of <b>SCA regulations, IFRS, and UAE tax and compliance requirements <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience in <b>IAS 33 and IFRS 8 disclosures, ARA preparation, and ICOFR frameworks <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <b>ERP and financial reporting systems <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in <b>Arabic and English <\/b> (written and spoken) is mandatory. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in <b>financial services, capital markets, or the brokerage sector <\/b> preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working within CFD brokerage firms or regulated financial services
