With a collective strength of 5 brands, we have more than 123 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs. <\/p>\n<p>As the Team Lead \u2013 Auto Finance and Evaluation, you are responsible for Bank Evaluations and Auto Finance, team performance management through precise KPIs and vendor management(existing &#038; prospects) through Key Account relationship management. <\/p>\n<h3>In this role, you will: <\/h3>\n<h3>Monitoring and Guiding Account Managers: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and monitor the performance of each account manager within the Affiliates Team. <\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to account managers to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to quality standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Achievement of Targets: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Set clear performance targets for the team and ensure they are achieved or exceeded consistently. <\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies and initiatives to maximize team productivity and efficiency in meeting set targets. <\/li>\n<li>Individual Target <\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistent performance levels in evaluations and finance, ensuring that personal targets are met in alignment with current standards and expectations, while also overseeing the team&#8217;s targets <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Timely Reporting and Daily Monitoring: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that each Account Manager reports on time and monitors their daily activities to maintain workflow efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Implement systems or processes to track and manage Account Manager activities effectively. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Onboarding New Dealers, Bankers and Freelancers: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the onboarding process for bankers, dealers, and freelancers, ensuring smooth integration. <\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to new team members to facilitate their understanding of auto finance and evaluations. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with dealers only in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain region and grow the finance and insurance revenue. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Weekly Reporting: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and provide comprehensive weekly reports to the Line Manager, highlighting team performance, achievements, challenges, and any necessary recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them effectively. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BS degree in finance, economics or a related field <\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in Bank providing Auto Loan and Bank Evaluations <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with computers <\/li>\n<li>Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly. <\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal &#038; communication skills in Arabic and English. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment. <\/li>\n<li>Strong initiatives, welcome new challenges &#038; ambitious <\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies <\/li>\n<li>Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude. <\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success. <\/li>\n<li>Have a passion for helping others. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A fast paced, high performing team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Multicultural environment with over 60 different nationalities <\/li>\n<li>Competitive Tax-free Salary <\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive Health Insurance <\/li>\n<li>Annual Air Ticket Allowance <\/li>\n<li>Employee discounts at multiple vendors across the emirates <\/li>\n<li>Rewards &#038; Recognitions <\/li>\n<li>Learning &#038; Development opportunities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bayut &#038; dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
