In this role, you\u2019ll use AI to solve real problems our customers face\u2014not chase technology for its own sake. You\u2019ll join the Platform Product team at the ground floor of Reap\u2019s AI transformation. You\u2019ll shape the technical foundations for AI services and AI\u2011native product patterns that other teams will reuse across the company. This role is for someone who wants to build production\u2011grade AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes. <\/p>\n<h3>Your Mission Awaits <\/h3>\n<p>You are passionate about building AI\u2011enabled products that create business value \u2014 not just using AI tools to optimize your workflows. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deeply understand how Reap\u2019s customers operate \u2014 their pain points, workflows, and decision\u2011making \u2014 and use that insight to define where AI can deliver the most meaningful impact. <\/li>\n<li>Own the end\u2011to\u2011end product direction for Reap\u2019s Platform AI capabilities, from discovery to delivery and iteration. <\/li>\n<li>Design and drive the technical architecture for AI services that engineering teams can reliably build on, including retrieval\u2011augmented generation (RAG), document processing, and workflow automation. <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Engineering to translate complex AI system constraints into clear product requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans. <\/li>\n<li>Establish standards for AI\u2011first product development that keep customer value and measurable outcomes at the center, not just technical sophistication. <\/li>\n<li>Bring strong system\u2011level thinking to data flows, evaluation, reliability, safety, and iteration cycles, and coach the team on what \u201cgood\u201d looks like. <\/li>\n<li>Be hands\u2011on in technical discussions. You should be able to go deep on how AI services are built, where they fail, and how to improve them. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You bring 8+ years of experience in product management (or closely related product roles), with 1\u20132 years of recent, hands\u2011on AI product experience. <\/li>\n<li>You are a technical Product Manager with proven experience building production\u2011level AI applications, not just experimenting with models. <\/li>\n<li>You can work deeply with engineers on AI service design and implementation details, and you can clearly explain tradeoffs across architecture, data, cost, latency, and quality. <\/li>\n<li>You demonstrate system\u2011level thinking and structured problem solving, especially through real examples of iteration, failures, and improvements. <\/li>\n<li>You have hands\u2011on experience with common AI application patterns and architectures, including retrieval\u2011augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar), and document processing pipelines \u2014 and can articulate how and when to apply them. <\/li>\n<li>You start with the customer problem, not the technology.
