{"id":84043,"date":"2026-04-16T20:42:40","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T16:42:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/senior-contract-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-04-16T20:42:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T16:42:41","slug":"senior-contract-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/senior-contract-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Contract Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2968058<\/p>\n<p><h3>Contract Review &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and comment on terms and conditions of contracts with customers and main subcontractors <\/li>\n<li>Ensure contract-compliant implementation throughout the project lifecycle. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Claims and Variations Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Raise awareness of the operational implementation of claim strategies among relevant stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Identifying evaluating and following up on all events relevant for incoming and outgoing claims \/ changes <\/li>\n<li>Collecting preparing and managing relevant documents (incl. drafting of letters) and evidences in accordance with contractual deadlines and requirements <\/li>\n<li>Preparation of \/ participation in claim negotiations <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to reporting of claims to management and business partners <\/li>\n<li>Support in arbitration\/litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings <\/li>\n<li>Maintain an updated register of all claims events and contract database in line with company processes and guidelines <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Contract Administration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement effective contract management processes and claim strategies in line with company guidelines and processes. <\/li>\n<li>Support the project team by interpreting contracts giving proactive contract-related advice conducting contract related workshops and contractual trainings raising contractual awareness within the project teams <\/li>\n<li>Handle contractual correspondence and documentation and ensure compliant notifications. <\/li>\n<li>Finalize and manage subcontract agreements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commercial &#038; Procurement Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review of Purchasing \/ Subcontract contracts and provide contractual advice to the procurement team. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with finance team and quantity surveyors on interim payment certificates (IPC). <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with quantity surveyors and other teams on commercial matters. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0648\u0628\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors or Master degree in relevant fields (Mechanics Electrics Civil Engineering etc.) preferably with a focus in business law or an LLM or similar professional degree <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in major EPC projects in Middle East Region (> 200 million USD). <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of contract structures terms &#038; conditions and legal implications. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard contract forms. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in delay analysis and time extension <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of project planning and scheduling concepts <\/li>\n<li>Experience in Arbitrations \/ Litigations <\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Word Excel and PowerPoint <\/li>\n<li>Teamplayer &#038; Leadership skills <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Diversity &#038; Inclusion <\/h3>\n<p>Vanderlande is an equal opportunity\/affirmative action employer.
