The goal of this role is to expand awareness and enrollment in our language programs \u2013 particularly those designed to support school students in academic English and language proficiency. This position is essential in helping us broaden our reach, support student success, and build long-term collaborations that align with Eton\u2019s mission. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Outreach &#038; Relationship Building <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify and research potential school and educational institutions that would benefit from Eton\u2019s language programs. <\/li>\n<li>Initiate contact through calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce Eton\u2019s services and value proposition. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with school principals, department heads, counselors, parent committees, and other key stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for schools and organizations, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication. <\/li>\n<li>Represent Eton at school events, open days, and other school gatherings to promote our language offerings and gather leads. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Partnership Development <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare customized partnership proposals that reflect the needs of each school or educational institution. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct presentations and info sessions for teachers, parents, and students explaining how Eton can support academic and career development through language. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate partnership terms, manage MOUs or service agreements, and ensure both sides understand deliverables and timelines. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Eton\u2019s academic, operations, and marketing teams to develop tailored programs and ensure successful implementation of partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Support the promotion of language programs targeting specific student needs such as Academic language support, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE prep for university entry, Cils, OSD, Dele, Delf, JLCT and HSK for prep courses and exams, Beginner to advanced language tracks for general proficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with marketing to develop tailored flyers, presentations, and online content for school-specific outreach. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and track student leads generated through school and community partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Support the enrollment process by assisting students and parents in understanding course schedules, placement testing, and payment processes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Coordination &#038; Communication <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a key liaison between partner schools and Eton\u2019s internal teams (academic, admin, marketing). <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate placement tests, teacher assignments, scheduling, and classroom logistics for school-linked groups. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth onboarding of students and teachers, and provide ongoing support as needed throughout the program. <\/li>\n<li>Regularly collect feedback from schools and students to support continuous improvement and strengthen the relationship. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, agreements, student data, and communications in the CRM and tracking tools. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
