Job Summary <\/h3>\n

The Sales Supervisor leads and manages a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives. The role involves monitoring sales activities, providing guidance and training, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. The supervisor works closely with the sales team to enhance productivity, resolve challenges, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in Modern Trade. <\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities <\/h3>\n

  • Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance the team\u2019s selling skills and support career development. <\/li>\n
  • Organize and staff the team with the right talent and resources to achieve organizational excellence. <\/li>\n
  • Develop and execute customer business plans to meet sales, market share, and in\u2011store fundamentals targets while building strong account relationships to drive accelerated results. <\/li>\n
  • Negotiate and manage customer trading terms\u2014including payment, pricing, and funding\u2014to meet business objectives. <\/li>\n
  • Set the Route\u2011to\u2011Market (RTM) strategy and detailed journey plans for sales executives, conduct daily store visits, and resolve issues. <\/li>\n
  • Communicate internally about competitor or customer actions that may impact business performance. <\/li>\n
  • Oversee the collection of trade receivables to ensure adherence to credit terms and SOPs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
