This role oversees the <b>maintenance inspection servicing rebuilds overhauls and repairs <\/b> of light and heavy <b>tracked and wheeled vehicle turret systems weapons and small arms <\/b>. The incumbent ensures that all activities comply with <b>technical manuals Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications <\/b>. Additionally the role ensures that maintenance processes align with <b>ISO 9001 Quality Management System ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System <\/b> standards. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide <b>immediate leadership guidance and supervision <\/b> to all assigned Armament Workshop employees. <\/li>\n<li>Plan and oversee the of <b>all maintenance activities <\/b> focusing on tracked and wheeled turret systems weapons and small arms. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with <b>technical manuals KPIs and OEM specifications <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and enforce <b>maintenance and quality directives <\/b> in accordance with <b>ISO 9001 Quality Management System <\/b> standards. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise <b>final inspections <\/b> to ensure highquality vehicle assembly or subassembly maintenance. <\/li>\n<li>Prioritize and execute <b>Preventive Maintenance (PM) <\/b> according to SAP PM orders. <\/li>\n<li>Review approve and manage <b>maintenance tasks and work orders within SAP <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee <b>spare parts research <\/b> and ensure that only required parts are requisitioned. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the <b>storage and disposal of hazardous materials <\/b> per environmental regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all maintenancerelated documentation is completed and <b>residual spare parts <\/b> are returned to storage. <\/li>\n<li>Track <b>daily and weekly maintenance reports <\/b> in SAP. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all <b>issued tools test equipment and highvalue property <\/b> are properly maintained inventoried and safeguarded. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct performance reviews and training assessments for workshop employees recommending additional training as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain <b>confidentiality and security <\/b> of all company information. <\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as required by the <b>Associate Director Maintenance <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in <b>Mechanical or Electrical Engineering <\/b> required; <b>Masters degree preferred <\/b> or equivalent experience in the field. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <b>610 years <\/b> of experience in <b>supervising managing or directing maintenance <\/b> of light and heavy tracked\/wheeled turret systems. <\/li>\n<li>Previous <b>military experience or automotive industry management <\/b> in weapons and small arms maintenance is an advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Skills &#038;
