We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Associate <\/b>Sales Manager <\/b> to grow our footprint in the KYC \/ AML \/ RegTech industry. Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, networking, and social media <\/p>\n
Initiate and manage outbound campaigns targeting banks, fintechs, payment firms, and other regulated entities <\/p>\n
Lead Generation & Qualification <\/b> <\/p>\n
Generate new leads through multiple channels (events, digital marketing, referrals) <\/p>\n
Qualify leads to ensure good fit (need, authority, budget, timeline) <\/p>\n
Product Demonstrations & Presentations <\/b> <\/p>\n
Conduct system demos and product walkthroughs tailored to client requirements <\/p>\n
Address technical, operational, and compliance-related questions <\/p>\n
Negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing, keeping profitability in mind <\/p>\n
Close deals and consistently hit or exceed sales targets <\/p>\n
Account Management & Expansion <\/b> <\/p>\n
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention <\/p>\n
Identify and convert upsell or cross-sell opportunities <\/p>\n
Performance Monitoring & Strategy Adaptation <\/b> <\/p>\n
Track and analyze sales metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, cycle time) <\/p>\n
Provide feedback to leadership and refine sales strategy based on market trends <\/p>\n
Proven experience in B2B software \/ SaaS sales (preferably in fintech, compliance, or regulated tech space) <\/p>\n
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills <\/p>\n
Ability to demonstrate software \/ solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders <\/p>\n
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
