<\/p>\n<h3>REQUIREMENTS <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing). <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation communication and presentation abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of Dubais real estate market trends and regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa. <\/li>\n<li>Valid UAE driving license is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>RESPONSIBILITIES <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets. <\/li>\n<li>Lead mentor and motivate the sales team and CRM staff to optimize performance and productivity. <\/li>\n<li>Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the UAE real estate market. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients agencies brokers and investors to expand the companys network and sales channels. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation client engagement negotiation to successful deal closure. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth market research to track trends monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns events and sales activations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies RERA guidelines and UAE real estate regulations. <\/li>\n<li>If necessary represent the company at exhibitions events
