{"id":84219,"date":"2026-04-16T20:47:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T16:47:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/senior-digital-delivery-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2026-04-16T20:47:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T16:47:13","slug":"senior-digital-delivery-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/senior-digital-delivery-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Digital Delivery Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2968887<\/p>\n<p><h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages BIM implementation on small-to medium-size projects. <\/li>\n<li>Practice-line and Digital\/BIM team training. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible the setting up of the project Common Data Environment subjected to the project size and do the orientation for the project teams. <\/li>\n<li>Authoring of project BIM &#038; GIS execution plans project reports and any other BIM-related project documentation required. <\/li>\n<li>Attending the Clients BIM Kick off meeting and addressing the clients requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Working with project delivery team members to resolve technical model problems and ensure their understanding of project office and\/or client BIM standards. <\/li>\n<li>Performs model QA\/QC checks on projects. <\/li>\n<li>Contributes to the development of processes procedures templates and model content. <\/li>\n<li>Creation and maintenance of the federated model with its related clash sets assuring it is aligned with the client requirements and projects scope. <\/li>\n<li>Chair design coordination and clash detection sessions. <\/li>\n<li>Preparing Project Template models. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure teams are working on CDE according to AECOM BIM Standards. <\/li>\n<li>Supporting the BIM Manager in the creation of the TQR review process on the CDE. and responsible of the maintenanceof the TQR workflows during the lifecycle of the project. <\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with the industry BIM technology and workflows. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Generally has between 8 years of experience of which 5 should be in BIM coordination <\/li>\n<li>Degree in relevant engineering e.g. Civil structural or other relevant BSc Degree. BIM accreditation\/certificate recommended.
