Must have knowledge and experience in direct\u2011to\u2011customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical problem\u2011solving and communication skills. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Launching new programs to accelerate speed (e.g., Dark Store SSD Direct customer deliveries). <\/li>\n<li>Setting up the network and transportation configurations (NDC Fulfillment experience, FX charters across all emerging markets). <\/li>\n<li>Program managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes while undertaking cost\/speed improvement projects. <\/li>\n<li>Working with cross\u2011functional, cross\u2011country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL tech to set up processes for maintaining configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment. <\/li>\n<li>Directly responsible for senior leadership reviews on these programs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of program or project management experience. <\/li>\n<li>Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Experience owning program strategy end\u2011to\u2011end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership. <\/li>\n<li>5 years of supply chain experience. <\/li>\n<li>5 years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences. <\/li>\n<li>5 years of defining and executing against program timelines &#038; requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or an equivalent quantitative field. <\/li>\n<li>5 years of change management experience. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
