You will share a continuous focus on growth with the business leaders and will be co-responsible for building out the dubizzle\/Bayut brand. <\/p>\n<p><b>In this role, you will: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Owning the process to set targets for the sales team and measure achievements to calculate sales commissions <\/li>\n<li>Tracking &#8211; in month performance <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze competitive business models and provide recommendations to strengthen our position <\/li>\n<li>Create dashboards on competition performance to enhance the business performance <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, operations, finance, and marketing to help develop data-informed business strategies and roadmaps <\/li>\n<li>Extract data and share it with stakeholders using Dashboards\/Reports or Google Sheets <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with product managers to enhance the product offerings and experiment with pricing and new products. <\/li>\n<li>Enhance the CRM tool by incorporating business needs and product requirements <\/li>\n<li>Manage self-service tools for end-users across the company to explore a wide variety of data with little assistance <\/li>\n<li>Present models, findings and insights to senior management in order to drive business decisions <\/li>\n<li>Provide objective recommendations on business strategy, monetization, and operation <\/li>\n<li>Create the documentation and presentation for the management <\/li>\n<li>Partner with finance team in developing budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses that are informed by data-driven insights and operating metrics <\/li>\n<li>Be the point of contact between the Central Data Team and Sales, while spend most of the time on the sales floor, perare sales aid kits and presentations <\/li>\n<li>Manage and own the P&#038;L of the online property <\/li>\n<li>Directly Support and work with the VP of Property Sales with a management consulting approach <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer science, statistics <\/li>\n<li>Master is a plus <\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years of work experience in strategy \/ business analytics\/sales enabler role, having closely worked with product in an internet\/e-commerce company <\/li>\n<li>Experience in e-commerce, internet and\/or digital media <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel <\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in SQL <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving skills <\/li>\n<li>Skills in Python, R or similar tools are a big plus <\/li>\n<li>Ability to crunch heavy data, build insights and drive operational decision making <\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and <\/li>\n<li>information into actionable insights and business recommendations <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail <\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills <\/li>\n<li>Proactive and passionate <\/li>\n<li>Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems and delivering high quality results in challenging situations <\/li>\n<li>Passion for data and metrics <\/li>\n<li>Outstanding analytical capacity paired with a profound business sense <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast\u2011paced environment <\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated, professional, creative, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A fast paced, high performing team. <\/li>\n<li>Multicultural environment with over 50 different nationalities <\/li>\n<li>Competitive Tax\u2011free Salary <\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive Health Insurance <\/li>\n<li>Annual Air Ticket Allowance <\/li>\n<li>Employee discounts at multiple vendors across the emirates <\/li>\n<li>Rewards &#038; Recognitions <\/li>\n<li>Learning &#038; Development <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bayut &#038; dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
