You will manage and warm up an active community of 1,150+ real estate professionals, organize events and introduce new formats. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be the person who keeps the community alive, brings people to events, and ensures every event is a success. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize weekly events every Saturday with full ownership from concept to execution <\/li>\n<li>Search and recruit speakers from within the community (barter-based collaborations, no speaker budgets) <\/li>\n<li>Manage and grow our WhatsApp community of 1,150+ members (brokers &#038; real estate professionals) <\/li>\n<li>Drive engagement: daily warm-up, content suggestions, prompts, discussions <\/li>\n<li>Post event announcements, updates, expert materials, analytics, useful tools <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the SMM team to promote events through social channels <\/li>\n<li>Be present at events and actively interact with the community <\/li>\n<li>Bring new members to the community and drive overall growth &#038; loyalty <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in event management <\/li>\n<li>Community management experience in UAE is a plus <\/li>\n<li>Highly proactive, fast-thinking, resourceful person who takes ownership <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills;
