and Deal Sourcing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities aligned with Crewstone\u2019s services such as fundraising, fund set\u2011up and structuring in key sectors like logistics, healthcare, green technology, e\u2011commerce and capital markets. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices and high\u2011net\u2011worth individuals, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and offering tailored solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Source high\u2011quality deals and investment leads by leveraging Crewstone\u2019s network of regulators, financial institutions and government agencies. <\/li>\n<li>Promote Crewstone\u2019s services\u2014including fund structuring and capital raising\u2014to prospective clients, fostering relationships that drive business growth. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate sourced opportunities and support deal negotiation and processes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sell\u2011Side Advisory and Investment Analysis <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare compelling investment pitch decks and financial due\u2011diligence reports to support sell\u2011side mandates and attract potential investors. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive investment analysis and due\u2011diligence, ensuring accurate financial modeling, risk assessment and valuation to support transactions. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with clients to understand their financial and strategic goals, providing tailored advisory solutions that maximize transaction value. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing the end\u2011to\u2011end sell\u2011side process from initial client engagement through deal closure, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Investor Relations and Fundraising <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Cultivate long\u2011term relationships with current and prospective investors through proactive communication, ensuring engagement and satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and assist in preparing materials for fundraising activities, including pitch decks, presentations and roadshows. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate investor meetings, calls and events, addressing inquiries related to fund performance, investment strategies and market trends. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and support fundraising efforts, expanding Crewstone\u2019s investor base through strategic outreach and participation in investor conferences and events. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in all investor communication and fundraising activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who are we looking for: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in client coverage, wealth management or sell\u2011side advisory is a strong plus. <\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking or financial advisory.
