Our culture is rooted in diversity, equity and inclusion and sustainability, and we are proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact and a signatory of the Women\u2019s Empowerment Principles. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You will collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews. <\/li>\n<li>Drive client relationships within an omni\u2011channel approach. <\/li>\n<li>Provide pre\u2011buying feedback on products. <\/li>\n<li>Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up\u2011to\u2011date with app offerings. <\/li>\n<li>Support with in\u2011store marketing events and activations. <\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>Drive sell\u2011throughs within the store. <\/li>\n<li>Support in\u2011store CX initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Provide input to what\u2019s working well\/what\u2019s not working well within the store. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Need To Succeed <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong English communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Experience within Luxury Fashion. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Can Offer You <\/h3>\n<p>With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
